Current Workout Plan: Captain America

What I am currently doing as my weightlifting workout is a great one from bodybuilding.com (my favourite website for gym based weight lifting workouts). The Captain America workout, which you can find [HERE]

I’m obviously not a body builder or a fitness model by any means, but I enjoy weight lifting sessions to tone and build strength. This workout in particular feels really good because of how short but intense it is. You can really feel your muscles working.
